By accessing or using Vivi AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• You may upload text prompts, images, or other content to generate AI media.
• You retain ownership of the content you upload and generate, unless using proprietary features (such as licensed templates).
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use uploaded data for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You agree not to use the app to:

• Create illegal, harmful, hateful, or non-consensual content (e.g., deepfakes or impersonations).
• Violate any laws, infringe intellectual property, or impersonate others.
• Disrupt or harm the service, its users, or providers.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing terms, and refund policies are available within the app store and subject to their terms. No refunds are provided after purchase unless required by law.

All branding, logos, and app content not uploaded by users (e.g. UI, models, templates) belong to Vivi AI, Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• Our AI models attempt to generate content based on your prompts. Results may vary or contain artifacts.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or ownership legality of AI-generated output.
• AI-generated content may not be used to deceive, impersonate, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the app. You may also delete the app to end your use.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or misuse of content.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. You will be notified in-app of major changes. Continuing to use the app after updates means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of your country or region unless otherwise stated by local regulations. Legal disputes may be resolved in the jurisdiction of our headquarters.
