• To securely send the selected photos or videos and prompts needed for AI generation to fal.ai, our third-party AI processing provider, so we can generate the results you request.
• To enhance performance and usability through analytics and testing.
• Optional communication like promotional messages—only with your explicit consent.

Uploaded media is temporarily stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We delete user media within 24–48 hours of processing to preserve privacy, similar to other AI apps in the market.

All data in transit and at rest is encrypted using standard protocols. We employ access controls to restrict unauthorized personnel.

• We do not sell personal or media data to third parties.
• When you request AI generation, we share the selected photos or videos and prompts needed for that request with fal.ai, our third-party AI processing provider, and with AI models made available through its platform.
• We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud storage, analytics).
• We may disclose data if required by law or regulatory request.

Any media you generate is not shared publicly unless you choose to share it.

• You can request to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time.
• You may withdraw your consent for data processing.

Uploaded media used for AI processing is stored temporarily and deleted within 24-48 hours, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for security and fraud prevention.

You can delete your generated outputs at any time from the completed generation detail screen in the app. You may also request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

This app is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13.

If you are located in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you have rights such as data portability, restriction, objection, or erasure. We comply accordingly.

We may update this policy over time. The most recent version will always be in-app or accessible via link. We'll notify you of major changes.

Before selected photos or videos and prompts are sent for AI processing, the app asks for your permission in-app.

If you choose to continue, that content may be processed by fal.ai and AI models made available through its platform solely to generate the AI results you request.

We prohibit harmful content generation (misinformation, deepfakes, non-consensual generated imagery), and reserve the right to block or remove requests that violate policy.
